A sympathetic new initiative, the contemporary photo trading cards from Jamie House from Great Britain. He's is looking for photographers and artists all around the globe to join in with his cool project. The idea is simple. You make a bimonthly photo with a theme that House decided on. You'll print four copies at 3,5 x 2,5" (about 8x6 cm). You will send the photos to House with a return envelop with enough postage on it. In this envelop you will receive a random selection of photos from other participants. Pretty cool isn't it?
House plans to keep the world updated on the project with a blog where he will publish results of the project. And he would love to publish part of the contributions in a future book. EAGER participates in this project. It challenges us to make some great new photo every other month. And we added a personal challenge to make the total of 6 photos a good new photo series.

You'll find communities and competitions here. Both are motiviting and inspiring. In some way participants form communities too ;)
