Alright, for those of you that do not know the Droste effect: it was first used by the Dutch chocolate maker Drost. He used an image of his product on his product, showing the product in the product in obviously ever smaller sizes. A picture in a picture in a picture so to speak. An awesome effect that untill recently took up quite some time to produce. Not any longer though! Subblue comes up with an Adobe Pixel blender and instructions to apply tjis effect digitally. How cool is that!
